VLC Media Player can Damage Your Laptop

VLC Media Player! Almost all of us have used it because of its pleasing features.. Yes, I agree it is one of the best media players..But Do you know it can cause harm to your laptop or notebook?
Well, If you don't know then you should read this..
So, I said that VLC may damage your laptop!! You heard it correct.. Now lemme tell you why and how?
The VLC player has a capacity to boost the volume upto 200-400%. The speakers installed on notebooks are of 4 Ohms speakers and can take volume only upto 100%! In case there is any
rise in volume above 100%, the brass caps on the speakers are burnt which in turn damages the speakers. Unfortunately, this damage is not covered under warranty, Even if your gadget is under warranty!!
You can use any other player like K
lite and whatever that suits you.
